At Dynamic Mediation Services, our mission is to provide a reliable and neutral platform for efficient and effective dispute resolution. We aspire to facilitate constructive dialogue between the parties that has the potential to result in mutually satisfying outcomes.
We prioritize confidentiality and ensure a secure space for open communication and problem-solving. Our experience allows us to address the needs of each case while empowering the parties throughout the process to achieve agreements that work for them.
Heather brings significant and unique experience to each mediation. As a litigation attorney, she represented clients in many types of cases that included products liability and personal injury, consumer protection and federal and state false claims, breach of contract and business conflicts, real estate financing and development, mechanics’ liens, insurance coverage, and employment-related retaliation and sexual harassment.
For more than two decades, she also served as a neutral in connection with a federal pharmaceutical multidistrict litigation and a related nationwide class action settlement, which resulted in her appointment as the Special Master. In this role, she assisted the parties in resolving a myriad of discovery disputes and served as a liaison between the district court and national and individual counsel for plaintiffs and defendants.
Heather is an honors graduate of Central Connecticut State University and obtained her law degree, with honors, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. In addition to participating in mediations on behalf of clients, she has completed comprehensive mediation courses including the South Carolina Bar’s Family Court Mediation Training Program. Following law school, she was an associate at and then partner of a boutique litigation firm for many years and later joined one of the largest law firms in the United States.
Heather also is a member of the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL), the oldest women’s bar association. Before serving as its President in 2011, she was an officer and member of the board for many years. Currently, she volunteers as a mediator for the Upstate Mediation Center in Greenville, South Carolina.
